Get involved now!  Contact your Senator and Representative and ask them to support the Netizens Protection Act of 1997 (H.R. 1748).

When you write them, remember:

• Snail mail is better than email.
• Some competing bills in the Senate are unsatisfactory - one has even been endorsed by the notorious spammer CyberPromotions.  See the Campaign to Stop Junk Email web site for discussion.
